From receipt of payment for an order, goods are despatched on the next working day (Monday to Friday), delivery is normally next working day, however may take upto 3 working days. Deliveries are only made on working days Monday - Friday.  Delivery is an all day delivery from 9am to 6pm by carrier, a signature will be required for each delivery. (PLEASE NOTE DUE TO CHRISTMAS VOLUMES - ORDERS MAY BE DELAYED)

Delivery costs range from £3.00 to a maximum of £9.99 per order, depending on the weight of the order, carriage is based on order products total weight. For orders containing Fire Extinguishers the carriage is £9.99 per order.

The £9.99 carriage charge applies to orders being delivered to mainland Britain only. Deliveries to Northern / Southern Ireland and The Highlands and Islands of Scotland will be subject to additional cost quoted at time of order.

All orders placed are subject to VAT at the current rate and VAT is charged on the total order value.

Please note orders for delivery by Friday 23rd December must be received and paid for before 12.00 midday on Wednesday 21st December. Orders received after this time will be despatched week commencing 3rd January 2012.
